Elastochem casts a large range of polyurethane products in various shape, sizes, colours and hardness. Some of the products we currently produce are listed below. Elastochem specializes in custom manufacturing and we welcome inquiries for any items not listed.


Wheels/Rollers

Solid polyurethane wheels and rollers are available in various sizes ranging from in-line skate sized wheels to large industrial rollers.

We are experts at casting polyurethane onto metal. Polyurethane wheels with metal bearing and rollers with metal inserts are available in many different sizes, hardness and colours.

Examples of some of our current product uses are: material handling rollers, rollers for industrial packaging machines and rollers for children's play equipment.


Rods / Tubes

Tubes are available in various inner and outer diameters in any length required. Solid polyurethane rods are available in many different diameters and lengths.

Examples of some of our current product uses are: bushings, washers and die stamping.









Sheets / Blocks / Strips

Polyurethane products are available in various rectangular shapes.

Sheets are currently produced in 12"X 12", 12"X24" and 24"x24" sizes with thickness' ranging from 1/8" to 2".

Other Products
