Coatings


Elastochem-EP401 and 501 -- Thermal Conductive Epoxy

Product Description: A two component epoxy based coating that is thermally conductive.

Product Use: This product is intended for use in electrical potting and encapsulating.

Properties: It has excellent shock and heat resistance.


Elastochem-HA Series -- Aliphatic Polyurethane Coating

Product Description: Full range of one and two component, solvent based coatings.

Product Use: This product can be used as a topcoat or a stand alone coating.

Properties: It has excellent colour stability and abrasion resistance.


Elastochem-CUV -- UV Resistant PolyurethaneCoating

Product Description: Two component, 2:1mix ratio, Polyurethane Coating that is UV resistant.

Product Use: This product can be used as a topcoat for aromatic urethanes where light stability is desired.

Properties: This product is flexible and has a 30 minute working time.


Elastochem-PU Series -- Polyurea Coatings

Product Description: Two component, 1:1 mix ratio, Polyurea Coatings. Full range of 100% ureas, urea-urethane hybrids, MDI, TDI, and aliphatic based products available.

Product Use: This line of product is intended for use in secondary containment and for coating concrete and steel.

Properties: This product line has excellent chemical resistance, and is available in acid, base and flame retardant grades.


Elastochem-FG80 -- Food Grade Polyurethane Coating

Product Description: Two component, 1:1 mix ratio, Food Grade Polyurethane Coating. Meets FDA requirements for dry, wet, and oily food contact.

Product Use: This coating is intended for use on surfaces that require a food grade coating.

Properties: This product has a 80A duometer hardness, with excellent tensile and tear strength.


Elastochem-LFI Series -- Low Free ISO Polyurethane Coating

Product Description: Two component, 2:1 mix ratio, low free isocyanate polyurethane coatings. Available in 80A and 95A hardnesses.

Product Use: For surfaces that are in area of low ventilation areas, this product is a safer alternative to a full strength isocyanate coating.

Properties: This product is a high performance urethane coating.


Elastochem-TB Series -- Truck Box Coatings

Product Description: Two component, various mix ratios, polyurethane coating.

Product Use: These coatings were designed to coat the surfaces of truck beds and pick-up truck boxes.

Properties: These coatings produces a 80A-95A shore hardness and are resistant to tear and abrasion.


Elastochem-HT95 -- High Temperature Coating

Product Description: Two component, 2:1 Mix ratio, polyurethane coating.

Product Use: This coating was designed to be used in high temperature applications.

Properties: This coating produces a 95A shore hardness and can operate at service temperatures of up to 300oF.

Elastochem-EP31AF -- Epoxy Floor Coating

Product Description: Two component, epoxy flooring system.

Product Use: This coating was designed to be used as a binder for aggregate flooring.

Properties: This product has a high tensile strength and a fast cure time.


Elastochem-EP812FL -- Epoxy Floor Coating

Product Description: Two component, epoxy flooring system.

Product Use: This coating was designed to be used as a clear or pigmented coating on concrete flooring.

Properties: This product has excellent adhesion to concrete. The cured coating has a high gloss.


Elastochem-EPN21 -- Epoxy - Novolac Coating

Product Description: Two component, epoxy-novalac coating

Product Use: This coating was designed to be used in harsh environments

Properties: This coating can resist acids that have very high concentrations.

Foams


Elastochem-HPF -- Half Pound Foam

Product Description: Two component, MDI based, ½ Pound closed cell foam.

Product Use: This product was designed for use as insulation for cavity fill, homes and OEM.

Properties: This foam is completely water blown and contains NO CFC'S or HCFC'S.


Elastochem-PU1500 -- Injectible Polyurethane Foam

Product Description: One component, TDI based, flexible closed cell foam.

Product Use: This product is intended for injection into concrete cracks.

Properties: This foam is 100% solids and contains no VOCs.


Elastochem-Flex -- Flexible Injection Foam

Product Description: One component, MDI based, water reactive, closed cell foam.

Product Use: This product is intended for injection into concrete cracks.

Properties: This foam is soft and flexible.


Elastochem-SF -- Semi-Flexible Injection Foam

Product Description: One component, MDI based, water reactive, closed cell foam.

Product Use: This product is intended for injection into concrete cracks.

Properties: This foam is semi-flexible.


Elastochem-Cut -- Rigid Injection Foam

Product Description: One component, MDI based, water reactive, closed cell foam.

Product Use: This product is an injectible foam designed for water cut-off.

Properties: This foam is very fast reacting and produces a rigid foam.

Adhesives


Elastochem-EP711 -- Epoxy Adhesive

Product Description: Two component, 100% Solids, epoxy adhesive.

Product Use: This product is designed for bonding various substrates together.

Properties: This adhesive has a 20 minute gel time at room temperature.


Elastochem-EPG211 -- Epoxy Gel Adhesive

Product Description: Two component, 100% Solids, epoxy gel adhesive.

Product Use: This product is intended for patching and bonding concrete.

Properties: This adhesive has a 15 minute gel time at room temperature.


Elastochem-RB101 -- Urethane Adhesive

Product Description: One component, 100% solids, urethane adhesive.

Product Use: This product is intended for bonding rubber crumb products and urethane to concrete and asphalt.

Properties: This adhesive cures at room temperature.


Elastochem-PG21 -- Urethane Adhesive

Product Description: Two component, 100% solids, 90A durometer urethane adhesive.

Product Use:. This product is intended for bonding and filling holes in rubber.

Properties: This adhesive is a flexible gel with a 20 minute working time.


Elastochem-RH Series -- Rubber Hardeners

Product Description: A range of isocyanate cross-linkers for rubber cements.

Product Use: This product is designed for curing various rubber cements.

Properties: These hardeners are available in flammable and non-flammable formulas, and varying degrees of flexibility.




 
Sealers


Elastochem-CS100 -- Concrete Cure & Seal

Product Description: A water based acrylic emulsion.

Product Use: This product is intended for curing and sealing concrete.

Properties: This sealer is non-yellowing, fast drying and has excellent chemical resistance.


Elastochem-ACS Series -- Concrete Sealer

Product Description: A solvent based high molecular weight, acrylic solution, available in 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, and 25% solids.

Product Use: This product is intended for coating and sealing concrete.

Properties: This sealer is non-yellowing, fast drying, and has excellent water and chemical resistance.


Elastochem-SIL 20 & SIL 40 -- Siloxane Water Repellants

Product Description: Poly-siloxane water repellents, available in 20% and 40% solids.

Product Use: This product can be used as a water repellent on concrete, brick, block and stone.

Properties: This sealer is non-staining, clear drying coating with excellent water resistance.




 
Primers


Elastochem-EP Series -- Epoxy Primers

Product Description: Two component, 100% solids epoxy primer, various working times available.

Product Use: This product is intended for priming porous substrates.

Properties: This primer has excellent adhesion to concrete, wood and rigid foam.


Elastochem-PR211 -- Multi-purpose Primer

Product Description: Two component, epoxy-urethane primer.

Product Use: This product is intended for priming urethane, aluminum, steel and concrete.

Properties: This room temperature primer has excellent adhesion to various substrates .


Elastochem-RP11A -- Epoxy Primer

Product Description: A specially formulated 100% solids epoxy primer.

Product Use: This product is intended for use on damp surfaces.

Properties: This is a slow set primer that can be top coated with polyurethane.


Elastochem-WB100 -- Polyurethane Primer

Product Description: A water based polyurethane dispersion.

Product Use: This product is intended as a primer for Styrofoam.

Properties: This primer can be top coated with solvent-based coatings without damaging the substrate.




  Castable Products


Elastochem-CC Series -- Cold Castable Polyurethane

Product Description: Two Component, 100% solids, room temperature castable systems. MDI, TDI, Ether and Ester formulas are available.

Product Use: These products for casting various urethane products from 80A durometer to 60D durometer.

Properties: These products produce high performance urethanes, with excellent tensile, tear and elongation properties.
