Elastochem - PU Series - Polyurea Coatings

Product Description: Two component, 1:1 mix ratio, Polyurea Coatings. Full range of aromatic polyurea coatings, aliphatic polyurea coatings, and hybrid polyurea coatings.

Product Use: This line of product is intended for use in secondary containment and for coating concrete and steel.

Properties: This product line has excellent chemical resistance, and is available in acid, base and flame retardant grades.


Elastochem - TB Series - Truck Bed Liner

Product Description: Two component, various mix ratios, polyurethane coatings.

Product Use: These coatings were designed to coat the surfaces of truck beds and pick-up truck boxes.

Properties: This coating produces an 80A-95A shore hardness and are resistant to tear and abrasion, and is also available in an aliphatic version (non-yellowing).


Elastochem - 9511HT - High Temperature Coating

Product Description: Two component, 1:1 mix ratio, polyurethane coating.

Product Use: This coating was designed to be used in high temperature applications.

Properties: This coating produces a 95A shore hardness and can operate at service temperatures of up to 300 F


Elastochem - HA Series - Aliphatic Polyurethane Coating

Product Description: Full range of one and two component, solvent based coatings.

Product Use: This product can be used as a topcoat or a standalone coating.

Properties: It has excellent color stability and abrasion resistance.


Elastochem - CUV - UV Resistant Polyurethane Coating

Product Description: Two component, 1:1 mix ratio, Polyurethane Coating that is UV resistant.

Product Use: This product can be used as a topcoat for aromatic urethanes where light stability is desired.

Properties: This product is flexible and has excellent physical properties.


Elastochem - FG80 - Food Grade Polyurethane Coating

Product Description: Two component, 1:1 mix ratio, Food Grade Polyurethane Coating. Meets FDA requirements for dry, wet, and oily food contact.

Product Use: This coating is intended for use on surfaces that require a food grade coating.

Properties: This product has a 80A durometer hardness, with excellent tensile and tear strength.


Elastochem - LFI Series - Low Free ISO Polyurethane Coating

Product Description: Two component, 2:1 mix ratio, low free isocyanate polyurethane coatings. Available in 80A and 95A hardness.

Product Use: For surfaces that are in area of low ventilation areas, this product is a safer alternative to a full strength isocyanate coating.

Properties: This product is a high performance urethane coating.


Elastochem - EP401 and 501 - Epoxy - Thermal Conductive

Product Description: A two component epoxy based coating that is thermally conductive.

Product Use: This product is intended for use in electrical potting and encapsulating.

Properties: It has excellent shock and heat resistance.


Elastochem - EP300FL - Epoxy Floor Coating

Product Description: Two component, epoxy flooring system.

Product Use: This coating was designed to be used as a binder for aggregate flooring.

Properties: This product has a high tensile strength and a fast cure time.


Elastochem - EPN80 - Epoxy - Novolac Coating

Product Description: Two component, epoxy-novolac coating.

Product Use: This coating was designed to be used in harsh environments.

Properties: This coating can resist acids that have very high concentrations.


Elastochem - AG310 - Aqua Guard

Product Description: Two component, solvent free epoxy coating approved for drinking water applications.

Product Use: This product is intended for pipes > 1/2 inch in diameter and tanks > 5 gallons. It is approved for cold and commercial hot applications.

Properties: Excellent adhesion to copper and concrete, NSF 61 approved.
